To ensure a seamless experience for every client, a 15-minute grace period is provided for all concierge appointments.
Arrivals beyond the grace period will incur a $25 late fee. Appointments delayed more than 20 minutes are subject to cancellation.
Please note that all same-day cancellations are non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to reserve a future appointment.
